~* Coach Tiff *~: Hello all! I am a 28-year-old grad school graduate and the mother of an adorable little girl and a handsome little boy. I live in Mebane, NC with my longtime boyfriend Joe. I work in Administration at Duke University, but in my spare time I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist as well as an Independent Beachbody Coach and I help others reach their fitness goals. On the side, I am a freelance writer for publications such as Livestrong and USA Today and an amateur photographer.
